A great opportunity to work for a leading client services provider has become available, working with a number of high profile clients across London.

You will be responsible for managing a team of front of house employees across multiple sites and developing and strengthening client relationships.

You will provide front of house team members with training, advice and support to help them achieve high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.

Supporting the on-site teams, you will be responsible for line management, HR processes, training and development and providing pastoral support as necessary. In addition, you will be involved in supporting senior management with operational responsibilities and working closely with your clients to develop the Front of House experience to suit their requirements.


This role requires an individual who is :

* Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
* Experienced in People Management

* Able to motivate, inspire and develop a team
* Flexible, as the position involves visiting many sites across London
